How we build it
A base thick enough to hold its toppings
The whole point of an açaí bowl is the base — and a base that eats thin is a smoothie in a bowl, not the real thing. We blend ours to spoon-stands-up thickness, then load it: granola, coconut, fresh fruit, banana. It should feel like a small breakfast, not a garnish.
It also happens to be exactly what the body wants after a Nopparat Thara swim or an early island tour — cold fruit, yogurt and a bit of crunch, eaten in the shade beside the fish pond. Plenty of guests make it the reward at the end of a beach morning.

Bowls run from 8:00 sharp — before most island-tour pickups — until 18:00. We're walk-in only with parking on site, inside Ao Nang Landmark (Sealay Village) on the Khlong Haeng end of Ao Nang; the find us page has step-by-step directions.
