Bread first

The bread does the heavy lifting

A sandwich is only as good as its bread, and ours comes from an artisan local baker: proper sourdough with a real crust and an open crumb, plus ciabatta for the softer builds. We grill and press to order, so the cheese is molten and the crust crackles when it lands.

It's the same sourdough behind our egg toasts and breakfast plates — if mornings are your thing, that story continues on the breakfast page.

To go

Built for the beach and the boat

A pressed panini is the best travel food we make: the grilling seals it, so it survives a beach bag far better than anything with loose bread. Nopparat Thara Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and boats to Railay and the islands leave from Nopparat Thara Pier, 15–20 minutes on foot — order takeaway and you're provisioned for the day.

Eating in is just as easy: garden seating, sea view toward the bay, and parking on site inside Ao Nang Landmark. Directions are on the find us page, and the rest of the midday menu — salads, spaghetti, Thai plates — is over on lunch in Ao Nang.
