Every stack is griddled fresh when you order it — thick, fluffy and warm, never pre-cooked and held under a lamp. It's the small difference a Tripadvisor guest had in mind calling ours simply "the best pancakes". Banana or blueberry, both 189฿, both big enough to share.
And there's no morning cutoff: the griddle runs from 8:00 right through to close at 18:00. A pancake craving at three in the afternoon is a completely normal order here — pair one with a signature drink from the coffee menu and call it a very good idea.

What makes a pancake worth crossing town for
Ours come out thick and fluffy, made to order rather than stacked under a heat lamp — which is why a Tripadvisor reviewer called them "the best pancakes". Banana or blueberry, both 189฿, both generous enough to share (though most guests don't).
The French toast side runs from Berry Banana (189฿) to Nutella (189฿) to Caramel (199฿) — thick-cut and custardy in the middle. If you're torn, come hungry and pair one with a signature drink from our coffee menu.
